She gained her first Dan Black belt in 1987, and after taking a break to attend college; she received her 2nd Dan in 1998, 3rd Dan in 2000, 4th Dan in 2003, and 5th Dan in 2007.
Master Bendickson has won numerous Grand Championship awards for her skills in free sparring and forms by competing in tournaments in the Midwest. She has been recognized by Grand Master Jung for her leadership, exceptional instruction and receives continuing Black Belt training at the Jung’s Eagles Nest Retreat in Colorado.
Master Instructor Justin Schmitt started Tae Kwon Do in March of 1998, serving his Country, community and students where he lives. He most recently opened Jung's Tae Kwon Do in Nashua Iowa.

Mr. Schmitt is a leader in the Dojang and works especially well with the young Tiny Tigers. His military service has provided all students with an exceptional role model.
Chief Instructor Cassidy Bendickson is more than a helpful hand during Tae Kwon Do classes at the New Hampton Dojang. As an instructor Ms. Bendickson is responsible for teaching and reviewing forms, movements, and techniques with all students. She promotes the tenets of Tae Kwon Do in her words, actions, leasership and personal training. She is a role model for young students.
Ms. Bendickson started Tae Kwon Do August 3, 1999 at the age of six. In 2002, she earned her temporary Black Belt. She earned her 1st Dan in 2003, 2nd Dan in 2005, and 3rd Dan in 2007.
She has attended the Black Belt Colorado Retreat and plays a very active role in all of the Dojang's fundraising and community service projects. In addition to her Tae Kwon Do commitment, Ms. Bendickson is active in softball, dance, and volleyball.
Her goal is to become a 6th Dan Black Belt and become an instructor like her mother, Master Bendickson.
